Tell us enough to answer properly
A useful first reply needs five things. None of them take long to write down, and together they save a round of questions.
Best for detail, lists and photographs. Replies come back within a working day or two.
Weekdays & Saturday mornings
Through the working day Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Moves run outside those hours where a job requires it.
- Both addresses
- Street and village at each end. In this county the village name tells us more about the access than the postcode does.
- Access at each end
- Floors, stairs, lifts, and whether a long vehicle can reach and turn. A photograph of the approach answers it faster than a description.
- Approximate volume
- Rooms is enough — a three-bed semi, a cottage plus a loft, one room of furniture.
- The dates
- Both the preferred one and the one that cannot move, if they differ.
- Anything unusual
- A piano, a safe, marble, a longcase clock, an architectural piece. These change the crew rather than the price alone.
Where we work
The county — eight parts of it, listed with their towns on the coverage page. Beyond Kent, long-distance removals anywhere in Britain and European moves to four countries.
Where a town has its own removals company we say so and give you their details rather than taking a booking we are not best placed for.
Starting
The quote form begins a survey. If you would rather ask a question first, email or telephone — nobody will chase you afterwards.
